Winners from each group will be determined based on a combination of OneSource finance penetration and total new vehicle contract volume. A weighted average ranking will be used to determine the winners based on 70% OneSource finance penetration and 30% total new vehicle contract volume.
Finance penetration will be calculated using the monthly OneSource incentive formula, and will reflect the entire contest period. New vehicle contract volume will reflect total SET Finance new vehicle retail and lease contracts (less flat cancellations) dated during the contest period and funded by November 15, 2020. Dealerships in each contest group will be ranked based on the weighted average of OneSource penetration and new vehicle contract volume in each category.
Dealerships will be placed into four groups based on new vehicle sales volume.

Fleet Air Superiority Training (HFAST) Winners
“HFAST” winners will have the opportunity to win $2,000. The dealerships with the highest ranked weighted average of OneSource finance penetration and total new vehicle contract volume within the contest group for the month of September will win based on the contest criteria listed.
In the event of a tie, only one of the dealerships in the tie will be declared the winner based on the highest new contract volume in its group.
Dealerships must submit at least 15 new retail and lease contracts per month.
Eligible winners must be: (i) the Dealer Owner, General Manager, General Sales Manager, or F&I Director, (ii) an active employee of the dealership at the end of the contest and (iii) at least 21 years of age. All contract and sales data will be derived from internal Southeast Toyota Finance systems. All results and the decisions of Southeast Toyota Finance are final. Southeast Toyota Finance reserves the right to modify or amend any aspect of the incentive rules or parameters at any time.
